Data collected: the website has no customer account area and no audience measurement. We only process the data you send us when you contact us (by telephone, post, e-mail or form): surname, first name, company, contact details and the content of your request.

Purpose and legal basis: this data is used solely to respond to your request and to follow up on the business relationship. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to the requests we receive and, where applicable, on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (article 6 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the "GDPR").

Recipients: your data is intended only for the SUPERGEL departments concerned by your request. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. Our hosting provider, OVH SAS, acts as a processor; the data is hosted in the European Union.
